cc2530 z-tool 2.0 always shows"No devices found"

Hi,all!

I downloaded the program in ZStack-CC2530-2.2.2-1.3.0\Projects\zstack\Utilities\SerialApp\CC2530DB.When I use z-tool 2.0,after scanning it is showing "no device found".I have checked all the settings in Settings → Serial Devices,but that didn't work.I have also browsed many relative questions,but still no help.

below is the pre-processor symbols i have used
