how can the coordinator know the end devices which passed data with are broken?

You need to send out a specified message from ZED to ZC. If ZC does not receive this message from ZED for a long time (by your definition),  you can judge the ZED is dead.

  Are the ZEDs send Data Request Frame to the ZC or ZR periodically?Can this Frame be used as the specified message as the heart beat frame?If  it is,How can i do?

ZED can know that if it is orphan or not but ZC does not. That is why I suggest you to use a specified message.

You can add the following codes in your zcl_xxx_event_loop function (it is located inside zcl_XXX.c)  to detect the orphan state of ZED.

        case ZDO_STATE_CHANGE:
          _xxx_NwkState = (devStates_t)(MSGpkt->hdr.status);
          if ( (_xxx_NwkState == DEV_ZB_COORD)
              || (_xxx_NwkState == DEV_ROUTER)
              || (_xxx_NwkState == DEV_END_DEVICE) )

          }else if ( (_xxx_NwkState == DEV_NWK_ORPHAN) && orphan==FALSE ){

            you can add your code to process orphan herer

          }
