How to program the CC2530?

Hello,

We have designed a custom board which contains a zigbee processor CC2530, it also contains a MSP430F2274 microcontroller.

Now I have to program the two devices, can anyone give me some useful documentations or some code examples to learn me how to program them? Also I have some questions:

1- Is there anyway to program the 2 devices (CC2530 and MSP430F2274) with the same software developement?

2- What's the exact relation between CC2530 (ZNP) and MSP430F2274 (ZAP)?

Hello,

Our SmartRF Flash programmer supports programming of CC2530, and MSP430. However, it can be possible to program the CC2530 from F2274 as long as you have the Debug interface connected from CC2530 to F2274 for bit banging in your firmware.

First, thank you for your reply.

Well, for the CC2530 we will flash it with the CC-debugger and the MSP430F2274 we will flash it with FET-Debugger. Do you think that flashing with SmartRF Flash Programmer will cost less than buying the CC-debugger&FET-Debugger. In fact, we have designed the board with 2 connectors for the 2 debugger. If we will use the SmartRF Flash Programmer should we make some material modifications?

Also, could you guide me to some code example for coding the CC2530 (Simple applications for biginner)
