IAS zone keep joining

Hi Folks

I have a Rexsense IAS Zone (PIR), it joins successfully , but from time to time, again it starts the join process

After joining what should I do, what is enroll ? should I send any command to cluster 0500 ?

    Do you use packet sniffer to see what the IAS zone PIR sends out after it joins successfully. I suppose that it should send a match request and you should response it.

    I have only wireshark+freescale dongle

    I can see association and some message after that , but I cannot read those (seems they are encrypted)

    when I move in front of PIR I can get 0/1 but sometime device start to send beacon request and joining process

    starts again.  Do you have any experience with Rexense ?

    Hi,

    it seems the device you're trying to join does not pass authentication sometimes.

    What is this device you're trying to associate in this network?

    Hi

    The device is PIR Detector (RG320) from REXENSE ,it is a IAS Zone device.

    It joins the network and I can read simple descriptor and ...

    I can also get alarm (0/1) when I move my hand around the device

    there is a pushbutton like switch, I receive message for that as well

    but sometimes device start to join again (seems device got restarted) especially when I move my hand quickly it starts the join process

    I think there is something wrong with the firmware of this device
