how to enable and disable beacon function

hi

  I use Zstack 2.5.1a, I want to enable and disable beacon function by myself when the end devices is not in the network formed  by the coordiantor.In order to realize this function i mentioned above which fucntion can i called  in the zstack 2.5.1a?
