NV_INIT and NV_RESTORE explanation

Hello,

I would like to know as to what happens in the stack when NV_INIT and NV_RESTORE are enabled in a coordinator. What are the parameters that get stored on the non-volatile memory? How are short addresses and IEEE addresses of the devices in the network linked during NV_RESTORE?

I would be grateful if anyone could help me out with this information.
