CC2530 RF Test Signal

I think you can use SmarRF Studio to do this test.

I.e. i could imagine to set a register.

You can try to use SmartRF Studio to send your test RF first and record the related  register settings. Then, you can use those register settings in your C code to send test RF accordingly.

I just want to echo YiKai here and give some more details. In SmartRF Studio, make sure you have enabled register view (by pressing F7). Now set up the radio the way you want it, continuous TX, channel, modulation on/off, power, etc. When done, simply hit the "Register export" button at the very top of register view.

You can also study the various registers by double clicking on them in Register view.

This is a possibility to generate a test signal.

If i do it like you explained it, can i generate the signal for 20 ms?

Perhaps: I set the registers (exported) and after 20 ms i do it vise versa?

Could this be a solution?

There is a problem!

I can't activate the register view in the device control panel.

I push F6, described in the help documentation, but i don't get the register view.

Exists a workaround?

Are there known problems with the register view?

You open register view with F7. Alternatively you can use the "view" menu.

You are right, i have got both (cc2540 & cc2530).

I did not know, that the cc2540 radio is completely controlled by the BLE Stack.

Im glad that it works with the cc2530.
