if i am going to place one CC2530 with smart rf05 in ground floor,

can i send data from groundfloor CC2530 to first floor cc2530???

That depends on the TX power you use and the material of your floor. In general, I do not think it will work and I would suggest you to use router for range extending.

i dont know how to reduce the range of cc2530 into 1 meter.. can u help me ?

Why do you want to reduce the range to 1 meter? It is very short range. Anyway, if you are using ZStack to develop CC2530 application, you can use API macRadioSetTxPower to do that.

actually i want to transfer data from one floor to another floor or with in 1 meter range , thats y i asked boh the questions

If you want to go through the floor directly, even it is only 1 meter, you should increase the TX power not decrease it. However, it still depends on the material of your floor.
