cc2530 exp5438 msp2618 lm9b96 msp430.

Which of these can I use?

The ZStack for CC2538 is not yet released.

it's possible use cc2538 per low level communication without zigbee stack?

You can download TIMAC 1.5.0 to serve your purpose if you don't need ZStack now.

thanks, I have just begin to use TIMAC under IAR embedded. Its' also possible port the code under code composer 5?

I had heard from TI that they would provide it under code composer 5. However, there is no promise. I would suggest you not to expect too much.
