ztool for ZStack-EXP5438-2.5.1 not opening

i have installed ztool for ZStack-EXP5438-2.5.1.but when i try to open it ,it is not not .error is:

access to the registry key

'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Texas

Instruments\ZStack-Apps-1.2.0\Z-Tool2.0\Path's is denied.
