Diassociate notification vs Leave network command frame

Hi,

Does anybody know, if there's principial difference between Diassociate notification command (IEEE 802.15.4 p 7.3.3) and Leave network command (ZigBee specification p 3.4.4) ? Have they to be used both in ZigBee stack, or Diassociate notify command can be fully changed with Leave network cmd?
