CC2538 CAD/CAE Symbols

I downloaded the CC2358 CAD/CAE symbols from http://webench.ti.com/cad/dlbxl.cgi/TI_BXL/CC2538_RTQ_56.bxl to Ultra Librarian and tried to import to Mentor PADS 9.5, I can import the (.c) and (.d) files easily, but I was unable to import the (.p) part file. I can attach the (.c) file here, but this site does not allow to attach the (.p) and (.d) files. I successfully imported TPS76933 symbol, but not the CC2538 symbol. Please advise. Thanks.
