Resetting a ZLL Product with ZNP on a CC2531USB

Hi,

    This will not be easy with ZNP, as it does not contain the ZLL profile layer.You would need to implement the ZLL inter-pan scan request and reset to factory new messages from a host and send through ZNP.

An easier way would be to use the ZLL remote, or if you need to use ZNP at least look at this to become familiar with the messages the the host would need to send through ZNP. instruction of how to use the ZLL remote in ZStack-Lighting-1.0.1 to reset a ZLL certified product are here:

Well at the moment i use a computer as a host and sending hex commands through the virtual com port to the device. I use AF_DATA_REQUEST for example to send data to a device and it works fine, I put the ZCL payload in the datafield of the command. What kind of message i should implement? And does this require any change on the ZNP Firmware itself?

I'm still struggling with the reset. Can u try to answer the question at least if it is necessary to change anything in the ZNP-Firmware itself? I guess it would help me a little to know that it is possible somehow at least.

It's now the CC2538,...can someone give me a little clearer hits what i would need to to?

Or is there anything like a ZLL reset planned as a feature for the ZNP Firmware in a future version?
