Could you specify which MSP430 and CC2530 EVB you use? Also, do you asking about ZAP and ZNP interfacing?

There is no such example. I would suggest you to use UART as interface between MSP430 and CC2530 in your case.

can i program the CC2530 EMK with EM Adapter booster pack., and i've the CC2530 and 5438 boards. the EMk of 2530  supports only SPI protocol. So i cant use the uart protocol for communication.

can i get any sample code for 2530+5438 in CCS compiler rather than the IAR.

You need SmartRF05EB to program CC2530 EMK. The CC2530 EMK has all IO pins so there is no problem to use both UART and SPI. All you need to check is pin out on schematic. Also, there is no sample code for 2530+5438 in CCS.

As SmartRF05EB is costlier as a student i cannot afford. so could you please suggest me any other alternative for programming  CC2530 EMK with sample codes.

SmartEF05EB is used for download FW, debugging, or IO extender. There is no example code for it.
