Back up and Restore PAN data for coordinator

Hello.

I want have a function to replace coordinator  when the hardware is done..

now I can backup the operation channel,PANID, Extend PANID, associate table

when I try to restore the data into new hardware, I can restore the operation channel,PANID, Extend PANID 

but I can not restore the device data into associate table, is there has correct function or sequence to restore the device table ?
