End Device can not receive data form coordinator

I have some troubles in the wireless data exchange between coordiantor and end device.

I want to implement a simple OTA function by myself and in my system I have disabled the periodical Data Request report in order to save power and Data Requet funtion is enable after the end device send a packet we call it apply packet to coordinator . When coordinator receives the apply packet from the end device, it will prepare the data that the end device need and after revice the Data Request it will send the data over the air.

at first, I foud my system work well, but when it work about 30s, the end device can not receive any data from the coordinator, the picture i have get from sniffer is shown below.

If you stop end device polling, end device can't receive data anymore.

I know if stop end device polling the end device can not receive any data from coordinate, in my implement, first I have sent a data packet to coordinator to indicate the coordinator that end device will apply a data packet later, and after send the data packet the end device will generate a polling packet to coordinator to get data packet From coordinator, when the coordinator receive the data request packet the coordinator will send the data immediately to the end device. My question is that the coordinator has not received any polling packet and only received a data packet from the end devices, and the coordinator will send data to end devices yet,why? The phenomenon is shown in picture I have show in floor 1

There is no polling in your sniffer image which means that you did something wrong control your device polling. Could you tell me how you change device polling?
