    Hi Yang,

    The error code 150(0x96) represents 'Invalid Image' meaning the given image file is not in the right form. Please refer to section 2.3.1 'OTA Upgrade Image File Format' of 'Z-Stack OTA Upgrade User's Guide' to know how to generate an image of the proper format for OTA upgrade.
