Hi Friend,

I am using cc2531EM usb dongle as ZNP in my PC and i need script programming for the Z Tool 2.0.

Hi,

unfortunately we don't provide library of Z-tool scripts.

I am attaching an example of a simple script to start the NWK (as a coordinator) and to have a router joining the network.

Please note that this is just an example to start from and to guide you through the initial steps of NWK setting and data transfer.

I would suggest you take a look at ZNP API document for more sophisticated scripts development.

When I run the script, I just see the message as follow,

1) I can not get the same COM port number (3 & 7), what's wrong?

2) It seem don't call function afReg(), do I need to do AF_REGISTER in function run()?

1) You have to edit the lines 58/59 where ZR_COM and ZC_COM are being defined, to the com-ports where your device is connected (ie COM7).
2) If it does not already do this somewhere in the script (i just skimmed over it) then you can do this in run(), after the startReq()-call

so AF_REGISTER is optional, not necessary?

AF_REGISTER is mandatory to register end point to Z-Stack.
