can we increase or decrease the SPI clock for given 12 MHZ system clock of TIMAC protocl stack

Hi,

in the TIMAC stack it is given that the system clock is 12 MHZ and the SPI clock is 6 MHZ.

i want to know whether we can increase or decrease the SPI clock for given 12 MHZ system clock,

if yes can you suggest me a way of doing so .

This is not possible with CC2530. Please refer to page 13 of the CC2530 data sheet (http://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/cc2530)for maximum SPI clock speed.

hi,

i am using CC2520 with msp430f5438a(msp430f5438 experimenter board).

i want to know whether SPI is configurable for CC2520

Pratap,

The CC2520 is a slave device and is specified to work at any SPI clock rate up to 8MHz.
