You can download Z-STACK-MESH at http://www.ti.com/tool/z-stack. There is GenericAPP inside that use private profile.

Basically, GenericAPP is based on private profile. You can see "#define GENERICAPP_PROFID 0x0F04" in GenericApp.h.
