How should Router and Coordinator leave network?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2430

Hello.

How should Router and Coordinator leave network?
I use ZigBee 2006, CC2430 Coordinator and Routers.

I got this weird scenario.
Router and Coordinator were at the same network.
While Router was temporarily shut down, Coordinator left the network and set up a new network, however with the same PAN_ID (since the channel was clear).

When the Router was turned on again, it rejoined the Coordinator's PAN network, although my intention was to have the Coordinator setting a "clean" network.

Is there anyway to prevent the Router from joining the Coordinator's network in this case?

Moreover,

Could you tell me please what functions should Coordinator and Router call in order to leave network?

Thank you in advance.
