Anaren CC2530 CLEAR_CONFIG PROBLEM

Hey,

I use a A2530R24AZ1 from Anaren as ZNP.

If i start a Coordinator with this Startup Options (CLEAR_STATE and CLEAR_CONFIG) everything works fine, but i want to keep the Network Information so i set only CLEAR_CONFIG.

Than the Modul Starts correctly and i can find the PAN but the Modul doesn´t do any communication.

Any one knows these problem?

Hi Hauke,

Have you tried to clear both the CLEAR_STATE and CLEAR_CONFIG, this way the module would remember all the parameters that it used to operate on the network before reset. That is to set the ZG_NV_STARTUP_OPTION to 0x00 before doing a reset on the ZNP

Hi Suyash,

thanks for your Answer. But if i set the STARTUP_OPTION to 0x00, the Modul will start with a different PAN ID after every reset.

Hello,
If you want to stay on the same network, then do not clear either startup options. That way the module will just rejoin the previous network. See the Anaren examples, they show how to do this with a function called expressStartModule() or something similar.
