what is the simplest way to connect CC3200 launchpad to CC2530EM?

Hi,

I posted this on wifi forum a week ago, but no answer so far. I am posting this in zigbee forum.

I want to connect CC3200 launchpad to CC2530EM to check wifi and zigbee co-existence. Do you have any suggestions for the easiest way to connect these two EVM? I like use M4 in CC3200 to control CC2530.

You can connect CC3200 with CC2530 by UART. You can make CC3200 as ZAP and CC2530 as ZNP. You can refer to http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Tutorial_on_the_Examples for ZAP/ZNP.

For a clarification, can CC3200 (it is wifi SoC with M4) be set as ZAP? Does ZAP mean Zigbee Access Point?

ZAP means Zigbee Application Processor which run application code to control ZNP which stands for Zigbee network processor.
