Is there an easy way to use NV_RESTORE for CC2530 internal FLASH, instead of using the external serial FLASH (M25PE20)

What do you mean "use NV_RESTORE for CC2530 internal FLASH"? If you mean to read/write internal flash, you can use API osal_nv_read and osal_ nv_ write.

Hi YiKain Chen,

I would like to redirect the functionality of "defined symbols: NV_RESTOR" to the internal flash instead of using the external serial flash. I have been using evaluation kit RF05 for testing and now I need to move code to a custom module without external serial flash memory. I expect that there is a TI way to do this.

Don't understand your proble. As I know, NV_RESTORE already works on internal flash if you define it. Why do you say it works on external flash?
