I'd installed IAR Embedded WorkBench. I'm using Z-stack. But I had not installed CCS.Resulted in fatal error. No where in the document it is mentioned about installing ccs. How to fix this issue??

If you want to compile Z-Stack Home 1.2.1, you have to use IAR EWARM 7.20.1 (7.20.1.7307).

This error indicates that you need to install the TI XDS driver to support downloading and debugging. Navigate to the Windows folder indicated in the screenshot and run the "ti_emupack_setup.exe" program:

Is there any module evaluation tool for measuring the power consumption of CC2538?

The easiest way to measure power consumption of CC2538 is to connect power supply to amp meter and give power through battery holder on SmartRF06EB. Then, you can check reading on amp meter.
