cc2538 general details

1. The data rate is 250k bps in theory. According to my test, it can reach
around 50K bps between ZC and ZR or ZR and ZR communication. If you want to
send data from ZED to ZC, it would be less than 16k bps.

3. EERROM? Do you mean ROM? If so, you can refer to CC2538 ROM User's Guide

4. Receiver Sensitivity is -97 dBm and Output Power up to 7 dBm so the link
budget would be 104 dbm .

As I known, there is no EEPROM on CC2538.

1. 32K RAM is mandatory for SW running on CC2538.
2. The network information is stored on internal flash.
3. To add a new cluster, you can check Zigbee cluster library spec to find an unused cluster ID and you can also check unused ID in zcl.h. Then, add this unused ID to zcl.h. I would suggest you to run Sample Light and Sample Switch to get familiar with Zigbee cluster and try to add your own cluster later.
