Hello, everybody:

I previously post a problem: http://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless_connectivity/f/158/p/387638/1376468#1376468

Then I update ZR to Z-Stack HA 1.2.1 and test again.

I still have the same problem on ZR with Z-Stack HA 1.2.1.

I have 1 ZC, 12 ZR, 7 ZED in my network.

I tried to let the problem occurred by changing MAX_NEIGHBOR_ENTRIES, MAX_RREQ_ENTRIES, and MAX_RTG_ENTRIES to very small value. But it didn't work.

I have no idea why the problem happen?

Please help.

Would you please attach sniffer log? By the way, what HW do you test? SmartRF05EB+CC2530EMK or SamrtRF06EB+CC2538EMK?

1. Do you use your own PCB or use TI's EVM?
2. I need the full log not only a screen capture.

1. I use our own PCB.
2. Sniffer log is above named "FullLog". But our sniffer need Ember Desktop to open it.

I need full sniffer to help on this issue. Maybe you can try to use Ubiqua Packet Analyzer to capture this and attach it.

Hi YiKai. I use Ubiqua Packet Analyzer to capture the packet.

ZED : 0x6C69 ZR : 0xA050 ZC : 0x0000

It is strang that 0x6C69 in the Graphic View is marked as "Router".
I check my code and confirm that I build it as "EendDeviceEB".
Is it the point why the problem happen?

I don't have access right to download your sniffer log on your google drive. Please drag and drop sniffer log to reply window so I can download it form E2E forum. If your sniffer shows 0x6C69 is a router, you must make some mistake building your ZED. I suggest you check this again.

I change access right. Please try to download again.
Sniffer log is above named "EnrollError1_2_1.cubx".

I let 0x6C69 leave the network and join the same network again. This time, Graphic View show it is an end device.

It is so strange.

You only provide partial sniffer log. Can you provide full log including ZR and ZED join ZC. By the way, why does ZED 0x6c69 keep doing enroll?

I let ZED send Enroll Request every 5 second. When ZED receives Enroll Response with status success(0x00), ZED stops sending Enroll Request. In sniffer, I don't see ZC send Enroll Response, so ZED continuously send Enroll Request.

I can just get 1000 packet. where can I extend the number of packets?

To get over 1000 packets limitation on Ubiqua, you have to buy it. The alternative is to stop other Zigbee devices under the same environment to decrease the over the air messages.

No I don't modify Z-Stack.

I got the packet

Enroll_error_FULL.cubx

This time Enroll Request is not send to ZC.

But I find out that my ZED 0x22CB is marked as router in Graphic View.

When the promlem happen, ZED is always marked as router in Graphic View.

If ZED is marked as end device in Graphic View, it works fine.

Hi I have a question about Ubiqua packet analyzer.
1. My system only has 13 routers. But I can see 18 routers in the Graphic View. Five of them don't have extended address. What does that mean?
2. Does the node in Graphic View change device type only when the node send Device Announce?
I check Device Announce of 0x22CB, the device type is end device. But in Graphic View 0x22CB is router.
3. In link status list, only ZC and ZR show in the list, is it right?
If yes, I find out that link status list of 0x46F4( The parent of 0x22CB ), it has 0x22CB in the list when 0x46F4 send the second time of link status after Device Announce of 0x22CB ( The first time doesn't have ).
