Difference between OAD and OTA upgrade

Hi Friends,

What is the difference between OAD and OTA upgrade?

Is there any advantage over one another?

Please explain this.

If I am not wrong, OAD is obsolete implementation and OTA is the latest implementation based on Zigbee OTA cluster .
