How to add playload in Beacon request frame

I want the router and coordianor disable some devices such as specific end device and router to join the network, so I want to add the devices' IEEE address to beacon request frame when the specific end device and router broadcast the Beacon Request,

when the coordinator and router receive the new Beacon Request Frame, it can filter this frame and does not reponese the the device send the Beacon Frame,

can I inplement the resolution I mentioned above?

and how can I do ?

According to Zigbee spec, there is no IEE address in Beacon Request and you can't do that modification on Z-Stack.

No, there is no alternative with Z-Stack.

Maybe you can ask unwanted device to leave network from application.
