USB LED do not glow on Powerup for SmartRF05

Hi,

  We use SmartRD05 Evulation board (1.81) with CC2530 EM board. The USB cable ic connected and all the settings are done appropriate (Power Source - Battery, RS232 - Enable, EM selection - SOC/RTRX). On powering up the board, only the LED3 (orange) glows. The USB led do not glow. The LCD do not display any of the Messages. Wat could be the Problem with the board? Could it be the Hardware or the Software Issue?
