Automatic binding !!!

for binding the ZC and ZED i am using the button press of SW2 is it possible to make it automatic , what i meant is can i make it to bind at once i turn on the power in both boards ???i already tried once and it didnt work out

Before you turn on ZC and ZED, does ZED join ZC before? Or everything is from scratch including association?

after turning on the ZC and ZED then just 1 time pressing the SW2 will make them bind and start data transfer sir ,, i have to do the binding and transfer without any key press

You can call zcl_InvokeEZMode() in zclXXX_init and it should work.

sir i searched for this function in the program but it is not there sir !!! what you are saying that is
in this function void zclSampleTemperatureSensor_Init( byte task_id ) i can just add zcl_InvokeEZMode() and comment away all the button press functions and events and it will work ??

If you use SampleTemperature, you can put the following codes in the end of zclSampleTemperatureSensor_Init().

sir it is automatically binding ... after the ZC and ZED are binded the if i turn of and on the ZC the binding occurs automatically and works perfectly .. if i off and off the ZED the binding is not at all occuring wha will be the reason sir ??

Since I put the code in ZDO_STATE_CHANGE, you have to turn on both ZED and ZC at the same time to trigger EZ-mode at the same time. In this way, they would bind each other. If you only turn off and on either one, another one won't invoke EZ-mode so the binding won't happen.

yes sir ... i did it the last time i tried this ... and sir the binding is occurring even after turning both off and then on but after the Off and on of ZED is taking more than 5 minutes to bind but the ZC when off and on occurs at once sir !!

If you enable NV_RESTORE on ZC and ZED, you don't have to do binding every time you turn off and on ZC or ZED. It only needs when first time you turn on both ZC and ZED.
