Hi,

i started studying OTA firmware upgrade. I tried OTA examples provided in z-stack with OTA server application and that works good. I have some questions:

1. Where can I find examples/document on protocol on which OTA server PC application talks with, for example, OTA_Dongle example app.

2. If i'm correct, i need 256 kB external flash chip for OTA deployment of Z-stack on CC2530 ?

    Hi Simon,

    The code for the OTA dongle is available as part of the Z-Stack Home installer, under Projects\zstack\OTA\Dongle, and I think it may be a good reference for you.

    You are right, CC2530 needs an external flash to temporarily store the new image as it being downloaded.
