how to modify the interval of aps retransmission data?

  I use zstack 2.5.1a,I find that the enddevices will retransmit the data in very short time interval,such as 3ms, the phenomenon is shown as follow, I don't think it is reasonable, and I want to know to modify the interval in Zstack? thank you very much
