Hil!

I am investigating if a ti lowpower wireless solution could be an option for us. Lets say that we want to install a ti low power wireless solution in a building. Each floor will have end devices/nodes(battery powered) with an epaper display and a sensor. The end device should be able to operate a couple of years without changing batteries. Sensor data needs to be send each hour and updating the epaper display picture will not happen very often. I need a gateway(boarder router/edge router) to be able to communicate with our server(IPv4). If needed we install a router on each floor. I am not that familiar with ti low power wireless solutions. Which ti solution would you suggest for this purpose?

Ti Z-stack (Zigbee Pro) solution:
*Which hardware is best suitable for the end device and router/coordinator? CC2538/CC2530/CC2630?
*Gateway: Some hardware running Z-stack linux gateway and CC2531 usb. Can I use that to communicate between our server and the Z-stack network?
*Which Z-stack profile siutes best for this kind of implementation?

6LowPAN:
Is there a Z-stack IP(Zigbee IP) implementation? or is it only the contiki solution?

Sub-1 Ghz:
Can we have a solution using sub-1 Ghz? SimpliciTi?
