UART Config:

PORT 0 , Baud: 38400, Flowcontrol: FALSE... connect with RS232 pin 2,3,5 with P0_2,P0_3 and ground

Try to select "RTS/CTS" in Handshake option.

I design 3 pin P0_2,P0_3 and ground so i can't use Handshake. i disable flowcontrol in MT_UART:

I see. You are using your own customized PCB. Do you have level shifter between RS232 and CC2530 P0.2 and P0.3?

i use pin 2,3 of RS232 connect with P0.2 and P0.3 CC2530. GND with GND
The problem is connect with Z tool fail. help me plz

Hi,
in order to progress on this issue and to understand whether there is a problem with your PCB, first try to run the same firmware on the standard TI eval boards (SRF05+CC2530EM), disabling flow control in Z-tool and setting the actual baudrate.
If that works, then it mean there's a problem with the UART connection on your board.
