we are designing a board based on CC2538 SoC
we have a couple of doubts regarding the Evaluation board PCB details
1. PCB thickness
2. Layer to layer spacing
3. Copper thickness
4. Dielectric material and dielectric constant.
we can use the above parameters in our board calculation to get a better RF design, hence please share those details.
