You can use SYS_SET_TX_POWER MT command to do this.

what is the command id(cmd0,cmd1) and configuration id?
not mentioned that command in cc2530 interface specification document?

cmd0 and cmd1 specify different MT commands. Configuration ID is The Identifier for the configuration property. You can refer to section 3.7.1.8 ZB_WRITE_CONFIGURATION in Z-Stack Monitor and Test API.pdf.

We designed a zigbee module using cc2530 chip set but it covers only 20 meters distance in LOS. can you say which parameters are cause to that scenario.

Yes, you should check RF design first. You can connect your module with SmartRF Studio 7 and test TX and RX on it.

By the way, we can have 50 meters communication distance without problem in our own CC2530 module.

we send a transmit power command is FE 01 21 14 F5 C1
response from module is FE 01 61 14 0A 7E
what represents the 0A in response command.

You cannot set F5 as TX power which is in dbm. You should set it to 4 at most. 0A in response is Actual TX power setting, in dBm.

There is no command to get TX power. If you don't change anything in Z-Stack, the default power of cc2350 is 0 dbm.

Yes, you can write a program to let CC2530 keep sending message and measure current consumption at the same time.

I don't. In my application, I can press a button to send message so I can measure current consumption at that moment. You can so the same measurement using SampleSwitch Example.

If you connect a current probe, you can estimate the transmitting time by checking the max current consuming period.

in cc2530 data sheet mentioned that active Tx or Rx when 32MHz crystal oscillator is initially on is 192usec .

I think macRadioTurnOnPower and macRadioTurnOffPower are even better for you to know how long the transmitter is turned on.

When macRadioTurnOnPower is called, MAC radio is turned on. When macRadioTurnOffPower is called, MAC radio is turned off.
