when the samplelight join the network success,

if i want to let only the ZC and the devices which have already binding with it could be OK for control it OnOff？

how could i do?

sorry for my poor words

when ZC send OnOff cmd to the samplelight ， samplelight could access it and turn on or off the light

when the devices had binding with it ， send OnOff cmd to the light， it could also access it 。

but when a devices which have not binding with it ，and send OnOff cmd （address using Broadcast mode ）, i don't want to the samplelight to access it.

I suppose you should have all control power in whole Zigbee network if you design it. Why is there an unwanted device would send OnOff command? You should block this kind of device joins your Zigbee network.

yeah ，maybe you are right！

zigbee profile was defined that all the devices could be OK to control it .

The piont we want to keep it safe should be checking at the joining moment
