Is there any advantage or disadvantage to use CC2650 and CC2630 to use on Contiki or Z-Stack application?

Can I simply replace CC2630 with CC2650 on CC2650EM?

1. The advantage of CC2630/CC2650 is more power saving than CC253x.
2. If you mean to run Contiki or Z-Stack, you can simply replace CC2630 to CC2650.

CC2630 should be cheaper than CC2650 since CC2650 is a dual chip which also supports BLE.

CC2650 shows that the available data rate is up to 1000 kbps. If I use 6LoWPAN on CC2650, I am limited to 250 kbps, right?

Yes, it would be limited to 250 bps when using 6LowPAN or Zigbee.
