Hi,
I have received a couple of DevPacks (Watch DevPack and LED Audio DevPack), but unable to make a good use of them
as I am unable to find any documentation.
Can anyone point me to available resources, please.

Do you mean, that they need to be old for documentation to be available?
I bought them online from TI store, which is the official TI source.
A schematic diagrams, example/test software must exist for any electronic product to be produced.
There is an amazing lack of documentation for this product. The links you point to do not mention the Android app, and none of the screens shown are there. Even for the basic device, there is no explanation of how to switch between modes. TI had a motto many years ago: "better an unhappy customer than none at all." Could you please escalate this matter to the wireless product group so that they understand paying customers expect fair treatment. Complete documentation with the product is not unreasonable. Fragmented, scattered, incomplete documentation is very surprising from TI and frankly extremely disappointing.
Sorry we've been late with the documentation for these. We've now updated the documentation for the debug devpack as well:
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Debug_DevPack_User_Guide
The full documentation as a TI design with schematics, layout and user guide will be on the web by the end of the month.
We're still struggling with the Android App. It doesn't take kindly to us changing all the services and characteristics of a device while keeping the address the same. We've found a way to force a refresh, so it should be on the web sometime next week.
