I want to know which distance can be reach without any amplifier front end.

I mean 2 Nodes of the CC2650 in line of sight.

According to my experience, it can reach at least 50 meters.

I think if with PA, the distance can reach at least 50 meters, even can reach 100 meters. because the distance based on output power, if output power is 0 dBm, how about the distance?

According to my experience, you can have about 50 meters of line-of-sight distance if output power is 0 dbm. However, this still depends on your antenna design.
