Do you run Z-Stack on CC2538? Please be noted that Z-Stack can only be built by IAR.

Yes, I am pretty sure that I read that so I reply "No, Z-Stack can only be built by IAR." That means there is no Zigbee related example from TI can be compiled by Code Composer Studio.

Now I am using XDS100V2, i have connect respected 4 wire Pins with CC2538, but In XDS100V2 there is Pin no. 13 and Pin no. 14 (Emu0 & Emu1).
Where can I connect It?
