can any body provide the details of the cc2538 reference layout values required for the below formula.

    No need to use the formula to calculate the trace impedance. There are so many on-line tolls available for trace impedance calculatuion. You may try to use Agilent APPCAD for impedance calculations.
    You can find the information about the PCB Stack in the file "PCB-info" and "CC2538-CC2592_Mech_ Drawing.pdf" , which are included in the Reference design files.
    You can get the width of the trace from Gerber files, which are included in the reference design.
    We recommend in fallowing our PCB stack-up and copy our design as close as possible to get the optimum performance.
