The meaning of "End Device Timeout Response"?

If I enable zgChildAgingEnable to TRUE, ZED will send "End Device Timeout Request" to it's parent, and it will receive "End Device Timeout Response".

If the fields as follow figure,

1) Does it mean "orphan notification" update the association table timeout?

2) But "data request" can't update timeout?

3) z-stack will send orphan notification automatically?

I see the following statements in the zstack document, but if I want to use data request to reset timeout, what should I need to change?

- [5475] Implemented Orphan Scan Notification as the child aging keep-alive
mechanism required by the R21 specification.

As I know, ZR/ZC with CHILD AGING enable would reset timeout when the receive any message including data request from ZED. You can set polling rate shorter than CHILD AGING timeout to reset it.

I use zstack HA 1.2.2, and I dump the ZED timeout value of the association table 10 sec interval to test child aging function.

But it won't be reset when receive the data request, anything I miss?

If you turned off ZED and check association table, does it be removed from association table?

If I turned off ZED and expired the timeout value, the API AssocGetWithShort() returned the NULL.
assoc = AssocGetWithShort( shortAddr );

How it define "End Device Timeout Request" and "End Device Timeout Response" in ZigBee spec R21 ? It's not public document.

You have to be at least Zigbee Participant member to access this spec.
