I have three cc2530 zigbee modules ,zigbee development board by GBAN and cc debugger .I want to know about pairng(binding) two zigbees.

I configured one module as coordinator and other two are routers.

In my development board there is no joystick, so how i pair these devices without having a joystick.............

it has only a ping key in the board connected to p0_1

please help me as soon as possible..................................................................................

3.In the interface specifications provided by TI shows many command ,How to use this commands in c program

There are SampleSwitch and SampleLight examples which use MSP430 as ZAP. You can find those ZAP examples under Z-Stack example/ZAP folder. The examples are programmed by C so it should be OK to porting to arduino.

I got the example files from the zap folder.I opened it using IAR Embedded workbench for msp430.
1.how to use this zap.?
2.which file i wants to modify or port to arduino?
3.Which boot loader should i used for this zap+znp mode

1. To run those ZAP examples, you have to use MSP430F5438 Experimenter Board
2.&3 You have to check the whole SampleLight or SampleSwitch ZAP example project to know which files you should use.

Personally, I write my own ZAP for my coordinator and don't do porting from TI examples. So, I cannot give you details about how to do it on Arduino.

IAR is the only IDE that can be used to build Z-Stack. You can refer to processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Contiki-6LOWPAN for TI 6LowPAN.

No, you can't use eclipse IDE to build Z-Stack examples.

I bought new packet sniffer today .Here i am attatching my sniffer data is it works fine.

When i press the switch in the router then the led on the coordinator will toggle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you please check it and tell me is it ok

I have two zigbee development boards and a packet sniffer now.
I checked the code in the folder homeautomation/sampleLight as coordinator and homeautomation/sampleswitch as router,with my hardware i think it works fine.I don't have MSP board.
I want to control two or more router (or end devices) using arduino and cc2530 as coordinator and cc2530 as router (or end device).
Here i want to control lights according to the code send from the serial port(In my pc to arduino and the cc2530 forwards it to the routers (or end devices).
And each of the modules will send me back an acknoledgement (is it on or off).

As I explained above,which methord should i use either ZAP+ZNP or Soc ? .
can you please tell me how to use it ?.
Then which project need to be edit and in that project where i edit the code ?

please consider me as a beginner i am stucked here.Please help me sir for my further development .

From the sniffer log, I can see your device sending toggle command. However, I also see that it seems that the device and coordinator trigger EZ-MODE over and over again. Do you intend to do this?

I need only when i press the key then it will join the network and operete normally as a remote switch

If you want to control lights according to the code send from the serial port, you can try to use MT commands to do this. The UART MT command is enabled by default in SampleLight and SampleSwitch. You can refer to Z-Stack Monitor and Test API.pdf in document folder and test on it using Ztool to get familiar with it first.

1. You just use SampleLight and SampleSwitch with MT command enabled by default.
2. Yes, you need IAR to build and download SampleLight and SampleSwitch to your CC2530.

I edited the pin as follows

" if ( keys & HAL_KEY_SW_2 )" to " if ( keys & HAL_KEY_SW_6 )" in zclSampleLight_HandleKeys().

now i got packets like this ,

1.is it paired?

2.Why beacon request comes always?

3.How can i pair the both devices?

4.Yesterday i paired the both devices but you said me some requests comes again (beacons)

(I already attateched the frames yesterday)

No, the device is not paired with coordinator. I see device is sending beacon requests. Do you use EZ-mode in your code?

EZ-Mode is defined by default in Z-Stack Home example and SW2 can trigger EZ-Mode.

From this I understand that ZAP+ZNP is suitable for me.I have some questions about this
1.Can I use Arduino as ZAP?
2.Now I am coded the ZNP firmware on CC2530 using SmartRF flash programer,is it enough or should i download any code using IAR?
3.Can I able to control remote zigbee's GPIO's by using The ZNP AS Coordinator?

1. If you refer to discussions at e2e.ti.com/.../807722, you will see that derek could do a coordinator in about 8kB and an end-device in less, about 5kB of flash. If your Arduino has such flash size, it should be OK.
2. You can use flash programmer to download prebuild ZNP hex file. IAR is not necessary tool in ZAP+ZNP architecture.
3. It should be OK and you can refer to section 3.8.1.17 SYS_GPIO in Z-Stack Monitor and Test API.pdf

You have to make sure the UART connection between CC2530 and your PC is correct.

i am using cp2102

and P0.3 as tx and P0.2 as rx

Then i connected ground of the zigbee to the cp2102

Since you don't use RTS/CTS, you should select none in Handshake.

By the way, I know P0.3 of CC2530 is TX and P0.2 is RX. The problem is that you your connect P0.3 of CC2530 to RX of CP2102 and P0.2 of CC2530 to TX of CP2102?

It seems that your HW and SW settings are correct. Try to restart your PC and see if it would make Z-Tool works.

I suggest you using scope to check if there is signal on TX/RX pins when ZTool tries to connect with CC2530.

As per your Instructions I programed the CC2530ZNP-Pro.hex into my cc2530 using smartRfflash programer.But it is not detecting the z tool.Sorry I don't have any osciloscope to check as per your instruction.Is there any other way to detect the chip in my laotop?
.Now I am really stucked here can you please help me sir.

Since you don't use CC2530DK and don't have scope to check HW signal, I really don't know how you help you.
