How do I reset the Philips Hue bulb? and I must apply a master key?

1. If Philips Hue is brand new, you don't have to do factory reset to it. Once it joins to any Zigbee network and you want to join another, you have to do factory reset.

I mean:  if I want to use ZLL remote sample to reset the Philips Hue Bulb, Should I apply for a master key from Zigbee Alliance?

the ZLL light developer's say:"Note that any ZLL implementation will not be able to interoperate with commercial ZLL devices without the ZLL master keys."

so, if I must get a msater key, How and where do it?

I don't have a Zstack-Light kit, but I have a CC2530 development kit for ZHA, Can I download the "zll remote sample" code to CC2530 and reset the Philips Hue?

It supposes to work but you might need to revise source code to make it work on CC2350DK.
