I would suggest you using CC2530DK because Z-Stack examples can run on it directly. However, I think it is OK to buy CC2530 EVK from 3rd party but you might need to modify Z-Stack example to make it work on 3rd party EVB.

sir, i am newly started working in IOT security testing. so 1st of all i am started working with zigbee protocol. here i learning Software and hardware developments tools and its user guide line.
so i want to know, how i will provide the security in wireless network. i means in which part i have to mainly concentrated for security and how can i start working on that ??

The examples in Z-Stack Home 1.2.2 are enable with TC Link key security by default. You can check. The Zigbee security is enable by -DSECURE=1 in f8wconfig.cfg and TC lnk key is enable by TC_LINKKEY_JOIN in compile option.

i thought, all developer know about this. once they make a complete project and launch the product so they already aware of all those things. and they will make change and inform to customer.
As i am a security tester, my job is useless. not in home automation for other industrial applications also.

Dear sir,
1. How can i connect the zigbee (CC2530dk) to internet. i want to create a scenario for home automation like sensors are connected to cc2530dk data upload to internet than i can monitor.
2. can i use cc2530dk for cc2540 BLE device debugging or i have to buy cc-debugger for BLE CC2540. ???

1. You will need another platform to bridge Zigbee network and ethernet. You can refer to TI ZigBee Home Automation Gateway reference design.

2. Yes, there is SmartRF05EB in CC2530DK and it can be used to debug CC2540.

Yes, it is no problem to interface CC2530 with Raspberry Pi and Z-Stack Linux Home GW can be porting to Raspberry Pi.
