Is CC2650 module in prototyping status?

I am looking for CC2650-7ID module on TI and I was notified that the module was still in the prototyping stage by TI.Do you guys have experience on CC2650 and make it work?

I have tested many times with Z-Stack Home 1.2.2 examples on CC2650DK and I am sure it works. Please download and install Z-Stack Home 1.2.2 and there are documents in it that show you steps.
