FOR CC2538+CC2592 OR CC2520+CC2592

Hi,

In your case,it is better to use 4-layer design because of complexity.

I recommend, first go with 4 -Layer design, prove the design  then in the next stage try with 2-layer.

You can look at our CC2530 2-Layer design (SWRC144A) for guidance.

                 Thanks for reply,But I have four layer manufacturing and cost issue,so we design two layer CC2520+CC2592 design of my project for meter reading.I am attach gerber and schematic files of my design ,so,please check the design and if any issue or problem in design ,please tell me.Now i am going to make two layer pcb layout design for cc2538+CC2592,also i post this design within one week and also,please tell ,Can i attach CC2538+CC2592 and CC2541+CC2592 in one design ,or am i use these design in separate pcb's ,and communicate between two design with any serial communication for my  project

Attached is the review. It is better to use thinner size PCB (32 Mil thickness).

Yes, you can use one PCB but you need to isolate both circuits. Care should be taken in the placement of circuits, power supply routing etc. You may need to use RF shileds individually for both circuits to isolate them. Better to place both circuits as far away as possible.

                    I correct my design as per your recommendation,like via close to components ,isolate crystal pads from power supply and 0R place between crystals,but now problem is how to calculate 50 ohm line ? i will use FR4 material and 32 mils thickness board. I am make same 50 ohm line width and line distance as in CC2538+ CC2592 4 layer pcb reference design.So,Am i in design,change line width and line length and also Antenna line width and size?

                  I am refer CC2650 reference designs swrc298 to swrc303.In all design 50 ohm line path length vart 5.1mm to 8.1 mm.So,which one i refer.and pcb antenna  connected path vary.

I am not sure about what you are referring. Is it a legnth of the 50 ohm line? The legth of the 50 ohm line should be as small as possible.

If you are referring to the Antenna feed line then copy the length and widths of the Antenna exactly from our reference design. In your case the Antenna feed line starts from the Pad of C3109.

                          I did the changes in my design,I use 43 mils width and 510 mils length path from SMA Connector to C3111.

and for pcb antenna i use 90 mils length path and 43 mils width from C3109 to pcb antenna.Now please check the design.and ground clearance in my design 13.779 mils.Modified Design files.rarModified Design files.rar

It looks OK but just a minor correction. Need not to review it again.

Attached is the review. You may add an optional Resistors for the crystal in the schematic also. It will match it to the PCB Layout.

I don't see L3105 in the CC2538-CC2592 Schematic. If you are referring to C3105, that is part of the Filter Circuit.

As per the Crystal data sheet, Pins 2 and 4 are GND Pins. So, we connected to Gnd.

It is L3231 in the CC2538-CC2592 Schematic.

I asked about crystal pads because they are isolated in the above PCB design.
