You have to refer to Zigbee Smart Energy Profile spec and use zcl_SendReportCmd to send meter data. You can download Z-Stack Energy 1.1.0 and refer to SampleApp in it.

SEP and HA uses different encryption method so you cannot combine them.

Sir so is there a provision to send custom data related to Energy Monitoring in Z-Stack HA?

In latest HA profile, it adds Smart Plug Device type that can send power consumption data. Besides, you still can use ZCL defined in SEP to send energy data using HA profile.

Sir is Smart Plug included in Z-Stack HA 1.2.2?

I mean Zigbee HA 1.2 profile spec includes Smart Plug. You can refer to zcl_se.c and zcl_se.h for usable ZCL command.

I checked out zcl_se.h file it mostly contains curtain summation deliever/recieved.

I am measuring AC Parameter of the Load, the parameters are Voltage, Current Consumed, Apparent Power, Relative Power and Power Factor. I need to send these values over to Z-Stack HA Gateway. Can you tell me what zigbee clusters should I use for this individual parameters?

I am not familiar with this part. I suggest you to check Smart Energy profile spec.
